now…...from only 120.00 + vatShould the client instruct DampAid to carry out any necessary work, subject to contract price, the survey fee is deducted from the quotation. This survey provides the client with a report on any damp, rising damp, woodworm, dry rot or wet rot problem within a property, and includes a quotation for any necessary remedial works, damp proofing treatment, woodworm treatment, dry rot treatment or wet rot treatment which are found to be necessary.

Option 2: Survey & Quotation Only

For client’s such as homeowners, landlords, letting/management agencies, builders etc. who have identified a damp, woodworm or timber decay problem.
This option is not available to buyers, sellers or those re-mortgaging their property.
This a QUOTATION ONLY survey. A full report is not issued.
A surveyor will attend the property and assess the damp, rising damp, woodworm, dry rot or wet rot problem, recommend remedial measures to eliminate it and provide a quotation for any necessary remedial works, or treatment if required.
These surveys are normally free, however we may charge in some cases. Where a survey fee has been charged, this would be deductible, subject to contract size, from any quotation provided should Dampaid carry out the works.

Option 3: Damp and / or Timber - Comparison Quotation/Online Quotation

In many cases, re-plastering is not always necessary, or the client may have their own builder who can carry this work out, along with any other remedial building work i.e. external ground lowering.
