Should the client instruct DampAid to carry out any necessary work, subject to contract price, the survey fee is deducted from the quotation.

This survey provides the client with a report on any damp, rising damp, woodworm, dry rot or wet rot problem within a property, and includes a quotation for any necessary remedial works, damp proofing treatment, woodworm treatment, dry rot treatment or wet rot treatment which are found to be necessary.
